If you do not accept all of the terms and conditions of our service, please DO NOT use our services. By purchasing, you accept our terms of service automatically.

1. Support Policy

We'll respond to support & delivery tickets on our Discord ONLY within 15 minutes to 24 hours (sometimes up to 48 hours)

We'll NOT be supporting via Calls or DMs

We'll ensure your products arrive on time, except in cases of technical issues

2. Return & Refund Policy

We only issue replace/refunds if we think the issue is on our side

If there's a problem with our products or if you DON'T get them in a specified duration, we'll give you a refund

If the product isn't functioning the way it's supposed to, you may be ELIGIBLE for a refund. Contact us on our Discord for more info

Refunds WON'T apply if a feature is unavailable because of your location/billing country

Refunds WON'T apply if you DO NOT follow the guidelines

If any tool / bot gets patched, stops working or gets leaked, we are NOT required to give you a refund, a replacement or an update

If you kick any of the boosting accounts or your anti-raid bot kicks them, I will NOT replace boosts

If a promotion ends or a promotion is revoked by Discord, I am NOT responsible and you will NOT receive a refund or a replacement. This applies to promotion links, nitro tokens, nitro boost gift link and server boosts

Do NOT log in to the tokens manually as there is a high chance the token will get flagged or locked. Use good tools and good proxies. Do NOT use flagged tools

If you had overpaid in Crypto/PayPal/Stripe or any other payment method, all the extra money is being accepted as a donation. No refunds/extra products are going to be given

You will receive no support after leaving a bad feedback, unless or until you change it

Refunds WON'T apply if you DO NOT use the product the way it should be used

We DON'T accept any returns or exchanges after the product is delivered

Depending on the case, sometimes the processing fee is NOT returned

We CAN'T control Discord Server boost revocations, and we CAN'T guarantee replacements

3. Payment, Verification & Privacy Policy

We only collect the information we need to process your order, comply with law and provide customer support

We collect Billing Information (your full name & address), your Discord username, Email address & IP address

We keep your data safe and sound through reputable processors like PayPal and Stripe

We might use third-party services, and each of them has its privacy policy

If you try to reverse a payment without asking for help, we'll blacklist you from the shop

We might hold payments for a short while (up to 21 days) to make sure they're legitimate

We reserve the right to refuse payments if we can't verify their authenticity. This decision is irreversible & may be done EVEN if you've made smaller purchases before

IMPORTANT: We will NEVER ASK for your credit card statement, government ID or any other sensitive information to verify the authenticity of your payment. Report scams immediately on our Discord

If you pay using Credit or Debit Card or PayPal, you'll be limited to 2 purchases/month for the first 21 days - 3 months

4. Product & Services

The price of any product is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

Any offer for any product can change or be removed at any time without giving any notice. If an ongoing order is in place, the buyer will be warned and given notice

If the description of the product is updated, we'll be doing an announcement on our Discord

5. Server Boosting

3-Month boosts duration: 85-91 days
1-Month boosts duration: 25-31 days

Disable anti-raid systems and bots before boost application

No refunds for account removals due to server security measures

Boosts cannot be transferred between servers

Service interruptions due to platform actions are beyond our control

6. Nitro Tokens

All tokens pre-validated; no warranty for post-purchase invalidation

CAPTCHA-free status cannot be guaranteed

Tokens intended for server boosting only; not for personal account use

Platform-initiated terminations are not eligible for compensation

1-Month tokens valid for 25-31 days

7. Tools & Bots

Updates provided when possible; no guarantees for patched services

No compensation for security compromises

We reserve the right to terminate services; "lifetime" refers to active platform duration

License resale requires explicit authorization

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

You agree not to misuse our services or use them for illegal activities

You acknowledge the risks associated with third-party platform integrations

You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

User misuse of our services or violations of platform policies

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized chargebacks. "Lifetime" licenses refer to the active duration of the platform, not perpetual access.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent modifications.
